Always Hiding

Adin and her family are the only ones who servived that terrifying night when all the people in their villiage like them, people born with magic, were killed. Trying to escape, Adin was badly burned by the one trying to destroy her, leaving her scarred. For nine years, she has covered and kept it hidden while her family do their best to go unnoticed. And trying to find a time and a safe place to practice her abilities without being found out is a struggle and a huge risk and it becomes harder as a mysterious young man, the apprentice of the king's wizard, steps into the picture. For all those born with magic are killed if they are found. Adin is always being careful, is always being cautious, is always hiding.
