Early 1977. Los Angeles. The life of Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna Jr. (later, Nikki Sixx) is more and more tumultuous as he ventures down the wrong path, being neglected by his mother. He dreams of one day joining a famous rock band.
And here we also have Hazel Lloyd. A girl the same age as him and the new student at the high school where Frank is.
Hazel has a dark and unfortunate past and is always the victim of bullying. In addition, she is also an orphan.
Hazel and Frank having something in common. Both suffering abuse from their parents.
