Harry Potter is dead and hope is lost.
Hermione Granger has lost a best friend, a brother. Now, she's desperate enough to be reckless. And so, the brightest witch of her age makes a fool's move. She goes back to the past to defeat Voldemort now that she knows enough.
Except, things don't go as planned and she goes back more than she expected. She's in the body of an eleven-year-old with her best friend's parents as classmates.
