Mature
Years had passed since the mansion tucked deep into the forest carried life in it. Many residents still lived there, though nothing was what it once was-the family they shared dispersed, leaving few remaining. Everything changed...
Everything was gone.
When Akira fled with her son and daughters, she abandoned the mansion in utter chaos. And as the members scrambled to fix what remained, only more pieces broke off. More and more members abandoned the mansion under night's wing until only the original residents lingered within the cracked walls. Ivy grew thick along the outside brick while yellow painted the windows with age.
No one spoke anymore.
Their voices diminished to silence.
And as the time passed, they too aged-not only in appearances, but in their minds as well... Sorrow sparked their maturity to finally bloom.
All the while the same sorrow sank their spirits, dulled their personalities-slaughtered their character.
What they once enjoyed now turned around and did the same to them.
Nothing could be fixed because nothing could be spared...
Nothing.

At least.... That's what they once believed.
