However, with little hope their relationship will grow how she wants, Ophelia broods over ways to mend her fractured heart. Of course cutting off all ties with Jayden is a viable first step. But that'd jeopardize her safety vital for vulnerable seraphim like herself, especially with pesky demons destructive than ever.
    
    Despite fearing that potential reality though, she's offered help against the Infernal Trinity from a questionable group she alone feels the Lion Society needs. She's been warned all her life to distrust outsiders. Yet, with the thrill of the unknown to distract herself from Jayden, she's tempted ignore the invaluable advice.
    
    And that's because she figures they can't be so bad. They are battling the same enemy after all. Plus, she's captivated by many new and exciting people, including a dreamy member determined to undo the toll Jayden's taken on her.
    
    Preoccupied with the trials of love, Ophelia's life changes in ways she never expected. But will she adapt in enough time to defeat the demon overlords still hungry for world domination?
