It's unknown how but they are still alive and now need to figure out what is going on.

Something emerges from the wilderness a year after Sabre left the Steve World. A Forest Steve? Aren't they all gone? It turns out that one more Forest Steve has escaped the Void onslaught and has emerged from hiding. He'd been hiding for approximately a year and a half for his own protection. But, eventually, he chooses to come out from his hiding place to see what he can uncover. However, he then encounters something else that is attacking and capturing Steves. When you realize that you actually love them, it makes it much worse. Then what do you do when suddenly they come back to life after being gone for so long? Rainbow Steve got injured during the battle of fighting Memory Steve and gained his memories back. Blue Steve comes back to life after it came short because of Nightmare Steve. Except now Blue Steve doesn't have his memories. The only questions are: How did he come back to life? How long will it take to learn what brought Blue Steve back? How will Sabre react when he finds out Rainbow Steve's secret? And will Blue Steve care about Rainbow Steve the same way Rainbow Steve cares about him?
