Fritz Reiter used to be so good at being obnoxious. Throughout the first few years of high school, Fritz got famous for two things - being hot, and always being a few steps ahead of Rafael Peretz. Why? Because Rafael is annoying, he has no friends, and he's gay. If Rafael isn't good at anything else - and he isn't - then at least he's good at getting bullied. But as they get older, Fritz develops some mysteriously affectionate feelings for Rafael, and Rafael becomes desperate for someone to hook up with. Just like that, the perfect storm is set in motion. But, while Fritz is determined to have a perfectly normal relationship with his new lover, Rafael is fighting hard to keep them a secret. And, if the two boys are stuck in a viciously emotional tug of war, there's only one way to find a winner. Somebody's going down. On the Fritz is an angsty, slow burn story, with a lot of internalized homophobia, bad flirting, and overall feral behavior. While the first part of the story is told from Rafael's perspective, the second half is Fritz's to tell. 16+ warning for some under 18 drinking/drug use scenes, and sexual references. Full story (about 70,000 words) is complete, so sit back and enjoy the ride! Votes and comments are really appreciated.
