Kiken (Hazard) - Vigilante Reader (Y/N)

Y/N has just turned 18 when something terrible happened. Her mother was caught up in a villain attack, in front of her. She couldn't do anything at the time. She didn't want anyone else to feel the same way.

Y/N now has a brother that she has to take care of. She owns a cafe that has an apartment on the second floor, above the kitchen. Her brothers name is Midoriya Izuku. He was at the school U.A. for hero training. His friends allowed him to feel better after their mom died. It had been a few months since she passed. They both were a lot better now. Y/N had been training everyday after the day her mother died. Her quick is blood manipulation. She takes blood out of her body and can manipulate it to create weapons, build a wall, pick up things across the room, pick someone up and protect them. There are many things she can do with it. (She kind of uses it like water bending in ATLA.)
