SUMMARY:   Spencer Swan is the older "fraternal twin" sister to Isabella, Bella, Swan.  While Bella is clumsy, Spencer is outgoing and into baseball and kickboxing, she also had a secret.  She could read minds.  When Spencer was one day old she was left on the steps of Charlie and Renee's home, and both of them took the girl in without question. When the "twins" decide to move in with their father in Forks, Washington neither one was expecting the world of the supernatural to exist. When Bella started pushing Edward to be changed did Spencer see what her "twin" real desire was, and that was to stay young.  On the girl's 18th birthday an incident occurs leaving Jasper to make the hard decision if he should stay or leave with his family.  What the mates didn't expect was a surprise that was impossible to fathom. It was when Spencer goes with her sister to save Mathew is she reunited with not just her biological father but a second mate.
