During Eleven's mission in the pizza dough freezer, she succeeds, saving Max and the whole town of Hawkins, while also defeating Vecna. All is normal in the once hell-avenged town of Hawkins, Indiana. However, for the Byers-Hopper family, things aren't so great. After reuniting with their friends in Hawkins, the gang made their way back to their Lenora home. To their despair, Joyce is nowhere to be seen. Two months pass, nothing. With Jonathon being the oldest in the house and primary source of income, and the government's previous raid of their home, they cannot live there any longer. In an act of desperation, the siblings move back to Hawkins. The supernatural that was taking over their lives is over, but that only causes them to have to face the struggles of their reality. In this coming-of-age story, we follow the Byers siblings as El, Will, and Jonathon learn to navigate through love, loss, friendship, and all the emotions of real life as they come together as a family. Summer of '86, baby. What's the worst that could happen?

His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
