Multiple kidnappings of young women had occurred in the small city of Central Ark, causing the people to live in fear of losing their precious loved ones. It was believed the crime had been done by a delusional psychopath, nicknamed The Shadow Groom who's identity was unknown. 

Cleo Bennett who had received the 7th wedding ring managed to escape from The Shadow Groom, causing information about him to be known to the police, threatening his position. In rage, The Shadow Groom went on a killing spree, demanding Cleo Bennett to be handed to him. 

Will they be able to capture The Shadow Groom or will chaos continue to fall upon the city?
