Matilda has always had this one group of friends that she could rely on. Since primary school she had those girls, especially Lucy. Matilda could always talk to Lucy during Year 4-Year 6. Even though they had a rough patch in year 7, those girls had always been there for her.
But in Year 8, something seemed to shift within the friend group and in Year 9, everything fell apart.
