It started that summer
Jason Todd kills the Joker and goes missing for months, it's up to his brothers to bring him back home. But what triggered his disappearance that summer? // Jason had always kept his distance from his family until Bruce nearly lost his life to the Joker. In an attempt to bring the family closer, Dick plans summer hangouts. Everything goes smoothly until Damian, the kid who always had it out for Jason, has a birthday party. Unfortunately, the balance doesn't last long, and old horrors from Dick's past end up dredged up alongside new ones. This is a story about love and family, but equally so about trauma and healing from it. Bruce Wayne is asked by Captain James Gordon to visit Jeremiah Valeska at the man's fortified bunker. Gordon won't say why other than Gotham needs Bruce's help for urgent police business. Bruce can't imagine what Jeremiah and police business have to do with one another, and he's also harboring some hard feelings after his relationship with Jeremiah went from love-at-first-sight to near strangers in less than four days. Visiting the bunker is the last thing Bruce wants to do. So of course, he's going. Goes AU at Episode 18 where Bruce and Jeremiah shake hands. I wrote the majority of this before episodes 20-22 aired, so many of the scenes from Gotham you may be familiar with are missing.Zakończone

You slowly turned over the body of the man that attacked you, the man you killed "Oh..... Oh no" The face paint gave him away, as you looked into the now dead eyes of the man. That classic maniacal grin spread across his features even in death. You just killed the Joker. Now with almost every hero and villain you know gunning for you, either for their form of "protection" or to just kill you, only one thought crossed your mind. "Well Fu"- *Currently being re-edited since the beginning of this book has some spelling mistakes I have over 1k reads, am I famous now? Can I like, be a jerk and get away with it? Look at all these PEASANTS, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW A KING IS AMONG THEM-...I need some time to calm down this happy feeling in my chest. Btw, I don't own any art in the story.
