afterglow {Anakin x Reader}

You are the princess of Naboo. After a bout of pressure from the Separatists, Princess Y/N has been taken hostage by Count Dooku's apprentice, General Grievous as a tool of bargaining Naboo to join the Separatist fleet. The king- your father, refuses to join. And so he contacts the Temple to beg for the aid of the Jedi in returning his daughter safe and sound. Two Jedi board the ship in efforts to stop the General and find you.

With two feats finished, you'd think that would be the end of your time with said Jedi, right?

Wrong.

Anakin Skywalker is being sent back with you to Naboo as your personal body guard until the threat on your life has been found and destroyed by Obi-Wan and his Padawan Ahsoka.

Along the way, somehow, you and Anakin finally find some common ground. After weeks of bickering, back talking and some serious headaches, you two find something in common and reach an in between place- the place between enemies and friends, and maybe even lovers..
