After Oliver's death, three years pass, and a sudden hooded vigilante appears in Starling City. Felicity is leading a new life, and much to her surprise, has a guardian angel watching over her. Her guardian angel just happens to wear a green hood. So, when Felicity's life is at stake, will her masked angel reveal himself to be the once love of her life? Or will Oliver stay hidden in the shadows, and remain dead to her? And, if he does reveal himself, will things be the same? Will their love still be evident, or will it be nothing more than a blank space?
