Finding one's way through life is harder than it seems. Coming to terms with that life is even harder. Challenges of everyday life can pull a person in every direction, confusing them. Mira has been an "adult" for what feels like all her life. Being a hybrid of two endangered species has made life far more complicated than it needed to be, but she is making her way the only way she knows how.
Mere coincidence brings their lives on the same path, Fate keeps them together. Neither of them has had an easy go of things, and this won't be any different. Trials and immaturity will block their path, but they will find their way.
