In a corrupted police department having ties with a mafia, will a police task force  be able to huntdown the same mafia in imaginary- Peyrthron State with the help of another mafia or the coldwar in the mafia will take an ugly side? Where will an orphan fit in all this?

A story about orphans, gangs, police and crossroads of choices that will lead to losing of atleast one side or all of them.
