I could feel the merciless heat of the sun and a whirlwind of sand reducing my exposed skin to shreds. Prying my eyes open, I looked around as much as my aching neck would allow.

Scared because I have never seen such beauty. Scared that I wanted his hands wrapped around my body like a snake does his prey touching every inch of me. I was scared because I wanted him, more than the air I was breathing even though at that very moment I was suffocating.
