(Duskwood with alternate ending) Willow and Jake love to drive each other crazy and the fact that they are chasing a masked madman doesn't seem to stand in the way. But will they be able to find Hannah? They should watch their backs, because soon things can get deadly. Or hilarious. Or both!

--------------------

I tried to balance the story between thriller/mystery and comedy, I really wanted to do a little lighter and funnier (yet still serious) version of Duskwood, answering the questions that were left open along the way.

The story begins at the beginning of 9th episode, right after Jessy's and Thomas' visit at Michael Hanson's house. I'm following the game plot a little, but then things will change drastically.

(Little additional info for you: English is my second language and I'm constantly correcting any mistakes I can find, so if you see anything out of place, feel free to let me know.)

Please note that this book is rated 18+ and contains content suitable for mature audiences. Appropriate trigger warnings are included, and most intimate scenes are skippable. But still, if you're not over 18, please do not interact and find something else to read :)

After her mother passed away a week later, MC returned to her home and left the hectic city life. She discovered an old hand phone inside her mother's desk while cleaning the house, but it was empty. She was suddenly interrupted by a call on that hand phone. Thomas asked her if she knew where Hannah, his girlfriend, was since he had gotten a message from her with a phone number. She has been joined to a group chat with Hannah's friends and family while she is still perplexed. After all the commotion from the group chat, a hacker by the name of Jake got in touch with her. He asks for MC's assistance in finding Hannah, and MC must comply because she has no other option. The more information the MC learned about Hannah and the others while looking for clues, Jake and MC thought one of Hannah's friends was responsible for Hannah's disappearance. Then, MC learned about the man without a face, legendary Duskwood creature; he leaves a raven's mark on the doors of the worst sinners. Each year, on the night of the first new moon, he returns to the houses he has marked, drags anybody inside-guilty or not-out into the forest, never to be seen again. MC initially refused to believe in paranormal phenomena, but as time went on, inexplicable catastrophes began to occur. The faceless individual attacked Jessy, threatened Cleo's mother in a letter, and painted a red raven symbol on Richy's garage. Jake and MC continue their investigation into Hannah's disappearance because it appears that no harm has been done until Richy was attacked by the man without a face in the woods and was bleeding. What will MC do after that? Will she finish her inquiry or halt it before another person dies? ****************************************************************** English is not my first language, I'm sorry for grammar error ⚠️ All rights to Everbyte Credit picture : Google & Unsplash

Duskwood- The Beginning of the End

13 parts Ongoing Mature

Duskwood- The Beginning of The End You and your friends have finally found out who the culprit was, but it was a bittersweet ending, to say the least. Together as a team, you were able to find Hannah and bring her home safe and sound, but you also ended up losing both a good friend and the love of your life in one day. After all of that, you decide to go to Duskwood to meet your friends so you can be there for them. However, you didn't know that going to Duskwood was the first step toward the chaos you would face in the future. {[[THIS IS A DISCLAIMER]]} This book is inspired by an interactive game where a group of people solve a mystery to find their friend. So for people who have not played the game most information will not make much sense to You and I suggest you play the game first. For people who have played the game, this book starts a few weeks after the events of chapter 10.
