As We Fall
*THIS IS A WORK OF FICTION. ANY RELATION OF THE CHARACTERS OR SITUATIONS TO REAL LIFE ARE NOT INTENTIONAL AND ANY SIMILARITIES TO REAL LIFE ARE A RESULT OF COINCIDENCE* ---------- ""Mayuri, I don't want you to feel like you're ever alone," I couldn't tell, but I know X was holding his tears or something back. He was hiding something from me, but I couldn't tell what it was. "I don't want to hang up until you feel sleepy or want to rest. For as long as I've known you Mayuri, I know you hate being alone, especially if you're in the hospital. So, I made a promise to myself, that as long as you're awake, I'll stay awake with you, so you don't ever have to feel like you're all alone." ---------- What would it be like to be normal? What would it be like to not be scared to fall asleep at night and not be afraid to wake up? She has always wondered what it would be like to be someone else who wasn't in her shoes. Mayuri Crest has unfortunately developed narcolepsy at a young age and ever since then, her life has always been under constant surveillance, where people always pity her, but never really asked her about who she is. Her last year in high school though, she plans to make sure that she doesn't forget any of it. Mayuri plans to make her last year the best year she's ever had and finally, after the long, gruelling pain of alienated because of her conditions, both her medical and school wise, she would experience what it would be like to be like everyone else. ------- NOTE: There are possible trigger warnings in this novel e.g. suicidal thoughts. Falling for My Arrogant Mentor ( Book 2 #Raghuvanshi series)
Prologue " I want to tell you something important", a beautiful girl said, playing with her hair nervously, with a shy smile on her face. " Get out!!", the man said in a rude manner, making the girl shocked. " What??", she said with shocked expressions. " Don't you have manners?? I am your Mentor and not your friend ...how dare you enter my cabin without permission", he said,in a rude tone. She was shocked seeing his rude behaviour towards her. She thought everything had changed between them and she meant something to him,not just an intern under him. " I am sorry, Sir", she said, with an expressionless face. " Did you check the new patient's medical history?", he asked her in a professional tone. " No", she replied softly. " Then what the hell are you doing here?? You have no other work except roaming here and there. Go and finish your work otherwise I will be forced to remove you from the internship program", he said rudely, making her feel humiliated. " I will not repeat the same mistake, Sir", she said and left his cabin. As soon as she left his cabin, a lone tear slipped from her left eye. She wiped the tear with a stern face and left from there without looking behind. She is a Bubbly Intern and He is her Arrogant Mentor........ Will love blossom between them?? Her Secret in the Graveyard: School Version
[READ DESC!!] ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☁︎ Alright, just in case you actually liked HSITG, (which I highly doubt), I'll give you the version I wrote on my school chromebook. Just a little warning, the writing sucks. I made this version in the summer of 2024, so don't expect it to be like how my writing is now. I guess I should've continued my book, huh? UPDATED DESC: I've always thought that the vibrance of colors were truly real. The way blue was used, it gave me a sense of motivation. Although, I can't seem to remember the outside world anymore. The way everything seems to darken, I can't even remember how I look like. It's feeding on me, I know it. INSPIRED HEAVILY FROM OMORI. Most of the story thats comes from Omori is actually written on here, so I'll revise it to the best to my ability so it makes more sense. I don't want to just make it seem like I copy and pasted the whole plot of Omori and just changed the characters. That would be wrong. CHANGE OF PLANS: Yea no, I'm leaving it the way it is. I'll only add bad words to it bc I couldn't on my school chrome-book. I'll continue my newer version of HSITG after I complete transferring this one. ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☁︎ Other inspiration: Madoka Magica An actual instrument I play (you'll see later) Idk there was something else that inspired this mess I forgorConcluida
