"I can't enter the main door can I" I get three answers of no, and before I leave the tree morphs with a slide forming so all of the dholes can leave too and after the changes revert to the original tree trunk. I imagine the common room of our room, popping out of there and into the room. In a rush I summon magic to gather all of my items while I hear footsteps. Soon I found my crates not by me but a charm on my jade top, there were strings and now both are restored and my crates are on there. My mind races with apologies, and to my shock all the beds or certain beds have a note on them. Takumi comes out of the males room.
"There are notes on the beds or on the door" I sigh but hear the door open up, Ms Willows steps clearly. She enters as I teleport, her eyes widen at my appearance and I never see her reaction to me leaving in thin air. Takumi comes to my side and we end up by the oak one last time, Fae and her new ally Malik there still.
"This is goodbye, b-but she saw me"

Bang! I sat bolt upright. Did I imagine that? That noise? What was it? I clambered out of bed and almost fell down the stairs with the panic that had set in. My front door was wide open but nobody was there, the wood was just swinging in the doorway allowing the cool breeze in my house. What if somebody was already inside? I hopped over the living room sofa, to climb the stairs yet again and as I made it to the landing I was thrown into the wall. My body pinned against it with a muscled form shadowing mine. A hand placed over my mouth silenced my screams that I was too scared to let out anyway. "I'm not going to hurt you. Just don't scream." It was Colton. His husky voice was a distinct reminder that he was my mate. The tingles that spread through my body made me hate but love the entire situation. I want him closer. "You don't run away from me, understand?" I nodded, he was really close to me and my wolf purred for him to be closer. I pushed the thoughts to the back of my mind as he slowly removed his hand. "What do you want?" I demanded, making the futile attempt to shove him away though he didn't move an inch. "I want what is mine." He replied with a low growl that sent chills up my spine. My back was still pressed firmly against the wall and I think I was in shock to move. Though I felt safe which made me feel sick, how could I be safe in the presence of him? "No." I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. "No?" He repeated my words back to me and I boiled the kettle for a cup of tea. My mum said tea fixes everything, then again it never fixed her relationship. "You heard me." "I heard you clear. I'm just making sure you're happy with that answer before I make you regret it." Colton advanced forward, pure dread taking over my body at the size of him compared to me. He leaned forward so his lips were against my ear and with a soft tone he whispered. "Are you happy with that answer?"

She was just an ordinary girl from today's world- a routine life, a beating heart, a future she thought she controlled. Until the night he came for her. Salazar. An ancient vampire king born in a world far older, darker, and colder than time itself. A creature carved from shadows, bloodlust, and laws written long before humans learned to speak. He steps through her century like it's nothing- breaking rules, bending time, crossing worlds- just to steal one terrified girl from her ordinary life and drag her into his. She wakes up in a place where the sky roars in crimson colors, where magic runs beneath the earth, where creatures bow at his feet and tremble at his silence. She is his captive. His forbidden fascination. His weakness in a world where men like him are not allowed to feel anything at all. She fears him. He tastes her fear like hunger. But there's something else in her scent- something soft, something pure, something he never expected: innocence. And for a monster who has lived centuries bathing in blood, her innocence is the sharpest temptation he has ever known. She wants to go home. He has no intention of returning her. Because in his world, time is power. Magic is law. And once a vampire king chooses someone, the universe bends to obey him. She didn't enter another world by accident. She was taken. Claimed. Bound to a destiny written long before her birth. And Salazar? He is ready to tear apart worlds, timelines, and kingdoms just to keep the girl who wasn't supposed to be his- but now is.
Looking To Belong (A Runt's Story) by CrystalScherer

A wholesome love-at-first sight werewolf story where the mate isn't an Alpha, and they actually want to be together. Life as a rogue isn't easy, especially for a runt living in No Man's Land. Jade has gained an impressive set of skills over the years, such as evading ferals, camouflaging her scent, and sniffing out expensive truffles, but few packs want to accept a runt. When she finally gets invited into a pack, she picks up an irresistible scent. Her soulmate. Jade must decide if she's willing to grasp what is likely her only chance at unconditional love - or flee in case her potential mate rejects her and shatters her heart forever. ---- Excerpt: My steps faltered as I noticed that two of the pursuing wolves had sped ahead and were waiting to intercept me. I launched toward a tree and ricocheted off at a ninety-degree angle without slowing down. One of the wolves behind quickly followed and began closing in. I started to panic, looking around frantically for a way to escape. I saw a rabbit burrow under a small bramble bush and desperately raced towards it. I darted under the edge of the plant and heard the tan wolf go around as he expected me to come out the other side. It gave me the precious seconds I needed to squeeze down the tunnel. My relief was short-lived - the rabbit that dug this burrow had not survived long enough to finish it. The tunnel was only about twice as long as the average human arm, and I could clearly see the entrance. I sent a silent prayer that the bramble bush would deter them and that they would not realize just how shallow this burrow was. I waited anxiously. "Goddess, you're so perfect." he breathed the words, staring up at her as she moved rhythmically up and down above him, her breasts bouncing as he gripped her hips, trying to hold back the wave that he felt building inside of him. She just looked and felt so fucking good. "Do female wolves mark their mates?" She leaned forward as she asked the question in a low voice, sliding her arms along his chest as she shifted her position, moving her legs close together so that he was even tighter inside of her as his hands came down to grip her ass, thrusting into her from below. "Yes." he was barely able to gasp out the word. "Not in my pack. But in many- most even- other packs." "Why not yours?" He felt her mouth slip forward, her tongue teasing the same place he had marked on her body half an hour earlier. "The men in our pack just haven't allowed it. It's a sign of claiming and-" her teeth grazed the spot lightly, not hard enough to break the skin, but he felt a mixture of pleasure and pain shoot through his body and he drew in a sharp breath, his head tilting back automatically as he offered her better access to the spot. "It shows that you belong to your mate. Doesn't it? Like I belong to you?" "Yes." He murmured, gripping her more tightly, so close to the edge he knew he'd lose control at any moment. He only hoped he could bring her to the peak of pleasure again first. He'd thought she was close. "Nova." He knew his voice sounded desperate. "Can I mark you, Alpha?" ---------------------------------- When Nova stumbles into pack lands and is captured by the Blazing Moon pack she knows that she has to escape. She makes a daring escape only to be tracked down by their Alpha. But their meeting isn't at all what either or them expected. Can he convince her to stay? Or will a petite female rogue be the one to bring down one of the fiercest Alpha's on the continent? ⚠️THIS STORY HAS EXPLICIT SCENES AND MATURE CONTENT. IT IS NOT ADVISED FOR THOSE YOUNGER THAN 18

30 parts Complete Mature

She got me into this mess. She had to play around and get us both captured. That stupid fucking vampire. My pack will notice that I'm gone. But these men are good at covering my scent. But I know they'll find me. I hear her gasp again and thrash around making her chains jingle around the bars we're both kept in. God knows what they're injecting her with but I'm glad they're not doing the same to me. "Give her the next dosage. She can take it" the older one says and I look away as I see them plunge the needle again into her arm. She screams and an unfamiliar sound comes to my ears. My wolf awakens at the sound as well and I stand to look at her. She's shaking like crazy and gasping as if she could even breath in the first place. It can't be? They shouldn't be able to reverse....my thoughts stop when she sits up and screams as she looks into my eyes. The dark irises I came to know over the past two weeks go from black to blue. Her heart starts beating. And my wolf calls for his mate.
