But one day, when the friend from the RUINs makes a strange request of Sans, he couldn't help but give her his word and make a promise. However... When he sees the subject of his promise exit the RUINs- A strange, wayward, dust-covered human- Sans questioned whether he'd be able to stay true to his word. UPDATE: Uh, so, my headcanons have changed quite a bit from when I wrote this, including Sans' attitude at some points, the Mettaton NEO situation, the Alphys evacuation, and other things. Sans. He is a serious skeleton who is part of the Mafia, and he doesn't like to take shit from anyone. Well, maybe apart from his own boss, Asgore. He can't really say no to him. Especially when he is set out on a mission with Asgore's son Asriel to catch a Mafia traitor. However, a strange girl decides to get in the way, and Sans feels like his life is going to become nothing but more frustration when he is told to look after her. There's not really a lot to be known about the girl. Except that her name is Frisk, and she doesn't seem one to like the idea of killing. But there's always the chance that might change when she begins to live among a dangerous group known as the Mafia. The art for the cover isn't drawn by me! The young skelebros escape from the core and head to Snowdin. Grillby finds them decides to take them in but finds out it may be much more difficult than he thought. Papyrus likes Grillby but it takes Sans some time before fully trusting him and even then there are things that he doesn't want to share. Although Sans struggles with his magic and with meeting new monsters. But, he's able to find some close friends when situations get rough. Ik my art is kinda weird but it was mostly just for fun. I'm definitely no artist. All art is still mine tho. I won't edit much here. Fully edited story on Archive of Our Own. Same name as here.
