Valentine is dead and her daughters Sabrina and Maria are left to grieve her passing. Can two sisters untangle their grief as they unravel the lies their mother spun around their lives? Will they find that the bond of friendship forged between them is stronger than their blood ties?

Around the two sisters are Tony, Alistair, and Andre. They each play their own part that will either make or break the sisters as they attempt to forge ahead in a sea of grief that is as different as they are. Nothing is every as easy it seems and sometimes healing comes in forms most unexpected.

Author's Note:
Thank you for reading. I decided to take a leap and put this baby out there. It's a work in progress and Sabrina and Maria and stubbornly refusing to reveal their stories to me until my fingers starts dancing on the keyboard. Sabrina was a character born in a story I had written years ago. I dusted her off and decided to find out her story. At the heart of the story is a daughter who has lost her mother with a finality that she never imagined. Having lost my mother in 2014, I finally began to understand Sabrina's journey. I hope I can bring to her story the honest voice she deserves.

On that note, kindly vote and leave feedbacks if you like the story as you read. Please follow so that you can receive notification when I update the story and add a new chapter since the biggest demand on this working mom is having to stop mid writing to deal with life.
