So I float facing the sky and accept the fact that he might just be fatal. The truth is, I wasn't sure I cared anymore. Rosalie Shaw was an army brat. A good girl, a nobody. Turns out, it might just be the calm before the storm Dax Rowan was a rebel. Personified corruption. But when Dax meets Lee there's something about her he can't put his finger on, something about her that keeps him fighting to stay away. The question is: How long until he can't stay away any longer? I asked breathlessly. He leant down, and his lips brushed my ear. Then, in a whisper, he spoke, and shivers ran down my spine. "You're going to work for me." ~~~ Robin McCarthy has been trying really hard to be the good girl. Stay out of trouble, hold a steady job, and keep her head down.
