Sofia, a brilliant medical student who has lived through a painful past, decides to leave her country and start a new life in Canada. She was about to start her First Year at University when she met a charming and caring young man who came from her country too and also changed her life.

However, when she had been in full bloom for a year in a romantic relationship with Gabriel, convinced that her happiness would finally be completed, fate began to play tricks on her and she met the handsome Jackson at her new job.
