It is the Second World War and in order to survive Hinata must run, as far and fast as he can, away from the government that is trying to kill him. With his parents and little sister to take care of, he is broken inside, but he knows he has to survive. Or be killed over his religion. Kageyama was never upstanding. He never stood out. Hell even his looks were plain, except for being a little on the tall side. Certainly not as tall as Tsukishima the bane of his existence. Average. But one thing he never could stand, was bullies. So when what would later be known as the Holocaust, an attempted genocide of the Jewish people, began he knew he would not stand idly by. So he became one who helped the Jews towards freedom. He became a rescuer. It is never easy to learn about love and soulmates when a wrong turn may get you killed, but in this troubled time, all we may need is a little love.
