Someone stopped him and reached their hand out and promised him a better world. of course that's exactly what he did. Feeling broken after his incident with Bakugo he left him a final gift, as a sorry gift. And that was the last thing Bakugo ever had to remember him by, and boy did he go to the extreme to try and find him
