Izuku is quirkless, but that won't stop him. Nothing can when he sets it as his goal. Not even hacking into government fil- I mean what files? Shigaraki is also Izuku's brother so that technically makes him even more of a traitor than he already is. Izuku also takes no shit from anyone.

Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him. They thought he was the UA traitor and put him through a lot only because of his love for quirks and his hobby to analyze and write them down. As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live.
