This is my own take on what happens to Peter after he  is back to his own reality. He became friends with Max and felt different. With the possibility of meeting a MJ?

He finally meets MJ almost a year later while still living with aunt May. She moved across him and quickly bonded with the new girl in town. MJ gave him all kinds of feelings but would he finally give in or keep her away.. afraid of losing somebody again. 

MJ moved with her mom and her mom's new boyfriend across the street from Peter and May. MJ is a smart, sweet but specially a beautiful girl as you can see on the picture. MJ ( Michelle Jones ) is used to moving around a lot since her mom falls in and out of love almost every other month so she is a lot on her own. Working, going to college and saving money to leave and to get her own place and leave her mom and her asshole of a stepdad behind. He drank a lot, made her do all of the stuff in and around the house, and her mom? she just accepted all of it. So what happens when two lonely and hurt people meet.

y/n met peter parker one time at the one of the university bus stops & shared a pizza with him in the rain. he seemed like the nicest kid & so when y/n sees peter in the hospital only a couple weeks later looking like a shell of the boy she'd once met, well, y/n's always felt a calling to helping people. so why not help peter parker? plus, he's super cute so that also is a huge help. to put it plainly, y/n loves helping other people & feels some sort of connection to a curly-headed kid with one arm that she hardly knows, peter is tired & can't seem to catch a break & is kind of an asshole. & it would seem that even though felicia & peter broke up & were never even really together, felicia still has some plans for the two of them. also no one likes gwen stacey, mj takes up a new hobby called vandalism & y/n's roommates get arrested for something they didn't do.

I whisper my eyes drooping shut, suddenly exhausted, all the struggle, the pain. He lets out a cry holding onto my upper half. "I'll be okay... we'll be okay." I cough harshly a copper taste filling my mouth. "Don't leave me. God please I need you," I smile at him with the most love I could conjure, I pet his bloody cheek and lean up as far as I could manage kissing him. Why couldn't I do my job. I didn't and now I'm here with three holes in my stomach, staring at the man I love as I crush his soul. "I love you, my Peter Parker." I almost whimper out in a pained wheeze. "I love you..." he repeated it over and over pressing his forehead to mine, I squeeze his hand and hold his face. His nose pressing to mine lightly as his breath fanned my lips. "Find me, Pete... (book 1) y/n stark is really not here for this european school vacation because in this post-endgame world, she's mourning the loss of her dad. but one (1) sticky boi peter parker is just trying to be the friend he once was while also trying not to flirt too much because if she rejects him (which she wouldn't, not that he knows that) while they're in venice holy hell he'll just pitch himself off the gondola right then and there. basically, y/n has been distancing herself & peter misses her & this school trip is a great way for him to coax her back into the real world & y/n really loves peter but is super sensitive and scared to lose him & also mysterio shows up at some point ugh @ nick fury leave ned leeds alone *this story was written prior to avengers: infinity war & spider-man: far from home coming out. therefore, the canon in which these characters live in is different from the mcu. in this canon - tony stark, captain america, & thor have all died. black widow & vision have survived. the decimation, where half the population was snapped from existence was erased with time travel so those who were snapped came back within online minutes, leaving some residual trauma. in this canon, those who survived the decimation only lived six months without those who were snapped, but those six months have been erased - leaving only the avengers to fully remember what happened.
