Arthur doesn't meet Silvia and is never bonded with Sylvie. Arthur grows up in Xyrus as a Quadra elemental prodigy. He was never reincarnated so he doesn't have a past life. Lastly Arthur's Djinn blood is a lot more prominent and he's able to use a small bit aether in combat(about the same amount of control as the dragons). Tessia instead is the one who meets with Sylvia and is bonded to Sylvie. 

Neither one is going to be the main character over the other as both of them will be mostly equal in strength throughout most of the story .All Rights Reserved

This is Bell Cranels journey to becoming the last hero on all of Genkai and how he changed the world and Orario along with killing the One Eyed Black Dragon.

It's been 400 years since the conflict between Dicathen and Alacrya was resolved. Arthur and Tessia passed away from old age many years ago, but the legacy they left behind remains alive and endures. Regis is searching for his place in a world where his friends died long ago, and he promised not to involve himself in current conflicts. If you're looking for a story that introduces multi-dimensional beings, where the main characters fight gods, or features broken characters like Arthur, this isn't the story for you. My focus here is on developing Regis as a character and exploring a few interesting threads that TurtleMe didn't delve into in the original.
