Alez Velasquez Alcazar left the country because she was blaming herself for the accident of Heos' sister, Hera. She ran away because she couldn't face him.

After coming back four years later, all she wanted to do was make peace with the guilt that has been consuming her. She promises that she'll do everything she can to wake Hera. She's not expecting nor wanting anything from Heos but for him to forgive her, for leaving and for causing the accident.
