Alex was found on the front door steps of a couples house from the Blue Shadow pack. Nobody knows where she came from or who her parents are. The only thing that was left with her was a blanket with her name embroidered on it and a necklace with an orange tooth on it. As Alpha Cole and Luna Arianna cared for Alex while she grew up, Alex wasn't entirely accepted by the pack. She got into many fights with the Betas daughter, Alyssa. Though Alex's best friend, Nicole or Nicky for short, kept her out of trouble most of the time. Alex feels like she's not part of the pack, like she was meant for something bigger than the simple yet troubled life she lived with the Blue Shadow Pack. She yearns for more adventure. One day she ventured into an old packs territory, a pack that was thought to be long extinct. Yet packs still refused to claim the so-called empty territory. Will Alex find the adventure she's been craving? will she ever be accepted by her pack?

My Mother Runs With Wolves

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
