 After nine years of being held as a prisoner of the Great Chaos War, Amy Rose escapes Eggman's command base with the help of a friend. 

Trained as a hardened assassin, she now embarks on a mission to restore the lost magic that caused Sonic and friends to lose their powers, causing her to find herself amongst the very friends (and lovers) she was taken from. 

There's only one problem: she grew up, becoming someone the others don't recognize, including Sonic and Shadow, who once adored her sweet, naive nature. This new Amy is set on her mission, fighting through the urges to be close to those she once held dear to her. 

Can Amy change her ways before it's too late? Or like a Rose, must she endure phases to return to the person she used to be?
