Touya Todoroki was the first-born of Enji Todoroki aka The No.2 Hero Endeavor.

Touya was born because of his father's dream of wanting to beat the No.1 Hero All Might because he couldn't do it himself and so passed the dream onto the child that had the perfect quirk while Touya wasn't what his father wanted he still possessed a power greater than his father and so he was trained.

Touya knew his purpose was to surpass All Might and he couldn't be happier to accomplish that goal as it was all he knew from birth but he didn't care he just wanted to please his father. When his quirk came in though that dream went down the drain as Touya's firepower was too much for his body made of ice and so Enji gave up on him and had more children in search for the perfect combination of quirks.

Shoto. That was the name of his brother that had the perfect quirk but Touya never stopped trying to get his father to look at him even when his body burnt apart at every attempt.

One day whilst training on Sekoto Peak his fire had changed he didn't know why but he could conjur up stronger blasts with less effort, seeing this Touya was excited to show his father and so he asked him to meet him at Sekoto Peak when he was next off.

He never did show up. Enji that is. He never showed up to see what Touya could do and so on that day Touya's anger took form in an inferno, Touya and Sekoto Peak both burned but only Sekoto Peak remained.All Rights Reserved

You also have wings from the quirk so you can fly. - right now you go by the name Rumiko (Rumi for short) but it will change to Y/n later in the story - I do not own Bnha or the characters . This is inspired by characters created by Horikoshi BNHA and the song Wicked Game specifically the version by Theory Of A Deadman. Hopefully I can commission someone to do art for this one. OC Shadow Phoenix created by me. In this AU Dabi never turned into a villain, he is Touya the Dark Flame. he does still have his scars but was finally about to control the burn. He works for his father, Enji at his agency along with Shoto (yes he's graduated and an adult but he isn't in the story just mentioned). Touya isn't really into the hero work but it was the easiest thing to do but he does the bare minimum needed to keep his father off his back ever since Shoto joined. He knows people look at him as ungrateful, spoiled and an arrogant ass. He tried to be friendly in the beginning but when he realized no one would see him more than Endeavor's privileged kid he just acted the way they saw him. From then on he kept to himself and never bothered to get to know anyone. There is a villain, more like a vigilante that has been giving the heros a hard time. None of the bigger agencies have wanted to take them out because this person is loved by the people. They are seen as a Robin Hood type, there to protect them when the heroes are too busy or the crimes is too minor for them to care. The people have given them the name Shadow Phoenix because they seem to live in the shadows and the times it looks like they have met their end they reappear like a Phoenix reborn. Touya was irritated because he didn't see any harm in what Shadow Phoenix was doing. Enji had promised that once he took care of this then he would be let go and free to do whatever he wanted with his life.
