The Robin Turned Phoenix

Touya Todoroki was the first-born of Enji Todoroki aka The No.2 Hero Endeavor.

Touya was born because of his father's dream of wanting to beat the No.1 Hero All Might because he couldn't do it himself and so passed the dream onto the child that had the perfect quirk while Touya wasn't what his father wanted he still possessed a power greater than his father and so he was trained.

Touya knew his purpose was to surpass All Might and he couldn't be happier to accomplish that goal as it was all he knew from birth but he didn't care he just wanted to please his father. When his quirk came in though that dream went down the drain as Touya's firepower was too much for his body made of ice and so Enji gave up on him and had more children in search for the perfect combination of quirks.

Shoto. That was the name of his brother that had the perfect quirk but Touya never stopped trying to get his father to look at him even when his body burnt apart at every attempt.

One day whilst training on Sekoto Peak his fire had changed he didn't know why but he could conjur up stronger blasts with less effort, seeing this Touya was excited to show his father and so he asked him to meet him at Sekoto Peak when he was next off.

He never did show up. Enji that is. He never showed up to see what Touya could do and so on that day Touya's anger took form in an inferno, Touya and Sekoto Peak both burned but only Sekoto Peak remained.
