Touya Todoroki was the first-born of Enji Todoroki aka The No.2 Hero Endeavor.
Touya was born because of his father's dream of wanting to beat the No.1 Hero All Might because he couldn't do it himself and so passed the dream onto the child that had the perfect quirk while Touya wasn't what his father wanted he still possessed a power greater than his father and so he was trained.
Touya knew his purpose was to surpass All Might and he couldn't be happier to accomplish that goal as it was all he knew from birth but he didn't care he just wanted to please his father. When his quirk came in though that dream went down the drain as Touya's firepower was too much for his body made of ice and so Enji gave up on him and had more children in search for the perfect combination of quirks.
Shoto. That was the name of his brother that had the perfect quirk but Touya never stopped trying to get his father to look at him even when his body burnt apart at every attempt.
One day whilst training on Sekoto Peak his fire had changed he didn't know why but he could conjur up stronger blasts with less effort, seeing this Touya was excited to show his father and so he asked him to meet him at Sekoto Peak when he was next off.
He never did show up. Enji that is. He never showed up to see what Touya could do and so on that day Touya's anger took form in an inferno, Touya and Sekoto Peak both burned but only Sekoto Peak remained.

Touya Todoroki was one of the few guys that didn't shun her because she was from a far away country. He didn't mind her last name which was difficult to pronounce and he certainly didn't care if she was Irish or half Japanese. Infact, he saw her as the most enchanting thing on the face of the earth. Delaney Kavanagh had loved him for his stubbornness. The way he strived to become a hero. He definitely was her hero. He was like the sun. A bright light filled so much life and hope. Komi was good at most things in her life. Except for math...and confrontation -but other than that, she was smooth sailing it. Eien Todoroki,the second youngest child of Enji and Rei Todoroki,unlike his siblings who inherited some form of their parents' quirks.Eien possessed two separate quirks which were completely different from any of his family.Despite this however they both were exceptionally powerful and his younger twin brother had been born with a combination of both his parents quirks.This was seen as a grand success to their father and so he begun training them.Or rather abusing them,Enji's training was extremely physically taxing and down right abusive. By the time Eien was seven years old he had had enough of the abuse and tried to get his twin brother to come with him to escape.But unfortunately during their attempt to escape their living hell they were caught by their father who was livid at Eien and began to beat him worse than he had ever before.Then he took Eien and tossed him outside the 'Aokigahara' Forest telling him "If you don't want to be a member of the family then stay here and die for all I care,but I won't let you take Shoto from his destiny"Before leaving Eien in front of the suicide forest,for the next nine years Eien would be homeless. He would be assaulted,robbed,molested all by people who should've helped him.By Pro Heroes and Police Officers,but none of them did.They just saw him as a worthless brat who now one cared about.Now Eien's seventeen years old and as he walks suffering from starvation having not eaten anything for the pass two weeks he falls to his knees and passes out.But right before he fully falls unconscious he hears someone say "Not yet people still need you" before he passes out.Unaware that his younger twin brother was only a few blocks away attending school with his new friends.Complete
