Can't You See Me?

Ito Yeonjun, a Japanese restaurant owner and volunteer in his free time met a young man precisely one year ago, when they shared one of best vacation of their life.

Today the young boy makes his way to the capital of Korea in hopes of fulfilling the promise he made 365 days ago.

Choi Soobin, a Korean med student, feeling trapped in his own house where his strict and malevolent mother keeps him trapped to study for something he never wished to be, waits attentively for his friend to arrive at his residence.

As both paths finally meet again Yeonjun finds a gift he never knew he had; he could see dead people.

Will he be able to help the lost souls find peace in the afterlife and help his resentful friend? Or will hidden secrets surface and make the task impossible?

"You can see me?" The smaller boy asks in Japanese, surprising Yeonjun.

"Of course I can! I have two eyes don't I? I might need glasses but I do see you standing in front of me!" The Japanese boy seems just as shocked, hearing the other talk in the same language.

"But ... you shouldn't..." Yeonjun scuffs, ending up in laughter.

"If you wanna make yourself invisible you might wanna keep a low profile and not just appear in front of strangers." The Japanese boy furrows his brows.

"You don't understand. No-one can see me ... I'm ... dead ..." Yeonjun screams out closing his eyes.

He tries to calm down but fails to do so, slipping on the wet grass.

When his eyes open again, the Japanese stranger is gone and so is Yeonjun's sanity.
