A series of nostalgic events that occurred before the war in 'The Phases of a Rose' Sonic AU story that is also written by me. 

This is the pre-war edition, filled with fun times, laughs, heart-to-hearts and sweet romantic scenes between Amy and her two lovers: Shadow and Sonic. 

Discover how this ambitious pink hedgehog grew to love these two opposing hedgehogs, and how her other friends' relationships unfolded. These events not only follow Amy, Sonic and Shadow's point of view, but the point of views of the other characters in the franchise. 

These events are are also not written in order. It's a game I give to the reader to piece together the puzzle. Consider this a canon spin-off of the story, and pay attention, for many things here will be referenced.

Shadow struggles with his feelings for Amy knowing well she doesn't reciprocate. Her love for Sonic was indestructible. However one mission at Eggmans base changed all of their lives forever. Has TRAGIC events... that may or may not be solved don't want to spoil! I originally made the story as a short story which was the first chapter of this story however I soon decided to make it have its own book as it is hard to make this into only 2 parts! May have multiple endings. Mainly Shadamy but has SonAmy too. (I want to clarify I wrote this story and I had inspo from a comic I read in high school back then. So full credits to them for inspiring me. However I did this story entirely on my own with my writing style. I came up with the plots and characters' development. (Sonadow)- because I just don't like the idea of them together but just so you know I AM NOT! against characters falling in love with the same sex I just don't like the idea of Shadow with Sonic since they're Rivals and it kinda feels weird to me. 2. (Shadow x Rouge)- because I like more of the idea Rouge with Knuckles and Shadow doesn't really see Rouge as a friend more like a work partner instead so that's why 3. (Tails x Cosmo)- Yes I know that Cosmo was Tails first love interests but I never really cared about Cosmo so yea and besides I like Cream with Tails more than I do them 4. (Shadow x Maria)- because I've always saw them as a sister and brother more than a couple...5. (Mephiles x Silver)- again it just feels strange to me I just don't think they go to together in my opinion....
