people who aren't villains or heroes are called vigilante's, vigilantes are the in between the good and the bad according to the heroes, they fight crime in places were the heroes don't go as often, but one time there was 3 evil ones, but just those 3 put a huge stigma on the rest, making (most of) the heroes hate all vigilantes.
