This is a short story I wrote for a contest in a forum I frequent. The theme was tragedy, so hopefully I managed to finagle that in, although when I was done it sounded more like a romantic tragedy to me. I apologize for its shortness, as there was a word count limitation for the contest. I'd like to know what you think about it, so feedback is appreciated! :)

Hello! This is a story I wrote a few years ago when I was 11/12. It is not the best written at the start but I didn't want to edit it (it gets better as my writing improves). It involves a school trip where the plane crashes, killing the pilot and landing them on a tropical island.
