Haphephobia is the fear of being touched by others. When your quirk cannot distinguish the living from the dead you tend to fear contact. First name/last name is an ex Pro hero who has recently rented a home from a couple that lost their son a few years back. She knows someone is residing in the home, someone with a bad attitude and only 12 months left to fulfill his end of the deal before he is forced to cross... to the Afterlife.

The beginning chapters are, but it moves away from their story. The title changed to 'Ride or Die' and the author deleted all of the chapters and is rewriting it. So it's not that inspired. And it was also only the beginning that was inspired by them, then it's starts to not be that inspired. Just a clarification.
