Haphephobia is the fear of being touched by others. When your quirk cannot distinguish the living from the dead you tend to fear contact. First name/last name is an ex Pro hero who has recently rented a home from a couple that lost their son a few years back. She knows someone is residing in the home, someone with a bad attitude and only 12 months left to fulfill his end of the deal before he is forced to cross... to the Afterlife.

He'll never be a pro-hero, not when he's barely surviving each day he has to put up with his mother. But he's not asking for pity, Katsuki Bakugo can take care of himself.
