Nineteen years after World War Three there had been growing concerns about a hidden project in Cadmus that's been the cause of growing unrest with the world's nations and even attracting the attention of unwanted visitors outside of Earth.

Thanks to this unrest had grown between the US government and the Justice League as peace is surely fading. With the chips down it'll come down to Batman's successors to reveal the truth and prevent an all out war between nations and worlds. Helena Wayne the daughter of Bruce Wayne and Selena Wayne is the one most determined to find the truth in her own way. Little did she know that she'll have help whether she'll like it or not.
