Hadriana Cassia Malfoy was happy with her life.

To begin with, she finally had a brother and family that cared. She experienced love and unconditional acceptance each day of her life since her mother discovered her state of living. It was more of survival than living.

To her family, Adriana was the light they needed, the little ray of hope to make their lives better.

Having been abandoned and left for dead by your birth family did not really assist an individual's mental health.

As far as anyone was aware Hadriana, please call me Adria, Malfoy, was the least seen witch in existence. Speculations were made, but we'll look into that later.

On the other side of matters, the Potters were under a crisis larger than just broken brooms. With their children having finally discovered their lost sibling's abandonment and in an act of rebellion decided to pull a Sirius over to Sirius, unsurprisingly.

 What a scandal.

So now the boy-who-lived, who isn't even positive if he really is the boy-who-lived, has to try and overcome yet another year in Hogwarts living with the revelation of a lost and possibly dead sibling all while comforting his younger brother. Not forgetting the pressure that the too hyphenated name carried, everyone wants to be friends with Hadrian Potter after all.

With meddling old coots, deluded fellows, snooping reporters, enraged uncles, disapproving parents, mischievous acquaintances and unexpected changes; the year was most certainly set for doom.

To the students, that is, McGonagall was surely enjoying the show. If she assisted now and then, no one had to know.

Pandora Black was the youngest Black sibling. She was close to both of her brothers, even Sirius, though he had left home when she wasn't even old enough to go to Hogwarts yet. Many things happened in her life that tore down most of her happiness, the first being her oldest brother leaving home, and the second being her other brother dying before his true time had come; not to mention the hate she had felt from her parents often when she disobeyed. They compared her to Sirius on many occasions, so they took quite a bit of anger out on her often. She couldn't say she ever shed a tear when either of them died, and she wouldn't lie to anyone and say she did. She cried only three times in her life, once was Sirius leaving, once was Regulus' death, and once was when Sirius was thrown into Azkaban, leaving her completely alone. She was now in her seventh year of Hogwarts, and she still singled herself out in most cases. Bill Weasley was like any normal student at Hogwarts, for the most part. He had little brothers that attended the school with him. He recieved excellent grades, and he had been a prefect each year he had the chance. He turned down the position as Head Boy for his final year though, because things were too hectic for him. At the beginning of his sixth year, after the first quidditch game, he had accidentally gone too far at a party. Nine months later, Bill was given a baby. The mother, a spiteful Gryffindor, despised the baby and left Hogwarts as soon as the baby was born. Now, Bill had to balance his last year of Hogwarts, as well as raising a baby, being a single father, and becoming a curse breaker like he had wanted to be for years.

Draco Malfoy: cold, distant, ignorant, rude, arrogant, and above all else, downright gorgeous. Juniper Hartley: caring, intelligent, unfathomably sweet, and above all else, downright gorgeous. As their paths cross unexpectedly and his mind bewildered with reasons he can't explain as to why he can't stop thinking about her, he's forced to examine the possibility of letting someone in, to sharing emotion with another person other than his thoughts. Dark times lie ahead in their future as Draco's family demands Death Eater, but his soul demands something, or someone, else. What lengths would you go to keep the person you love most safe? ________________________________________________ "I do believe such a place exists," he nodded, "and if we can't find it I would build you that white Tudor cottage with the stained glass windows, right on the edge of evergreen trees so that when the fog comes in the early morning, the air will be full of mist that carries their evergreen scent into that meadow full of flowers and grass." Draco spoke quietly and swiftly as if he could plan in his mind exactly how it would be, as if he could simply pick it up from his thoughts and place it in her hands so it could be her reality. Voldemort has returned, and Hogwarts tilts toward darkness-whispers in corridors, the Prophet's poison on every page, friendships splitting along invisible seams. Amid the doubt, Draco Malfoy turns cryptic-lurking in the shadows which catches Azure and Harry's attention, moving pieces Ron and Hermione can't yet see-a Death Eater, chosen also by Voldemort to do a deed that will inflict Hogwarts into darkness. While the world tries to script their story, Azure and Harry refuse to yield to dig deeper into the truth of what Draco Malfoy is hiding beneath the curtains. Together they cut through lies, hold their line, and brace for two battles at once: the war everyone fears, and the quiet, personal one brewing against Draco Malfoy. But what lies beneath, is something not even the twins saw coming. A cruel shadow aching to be released after them. Will the twins be able to survive what's hidden from what crawls beneath or will their bond become severed from the unknown? [ ℌ𝔞𝔩𝔣 𝔅𝔩𝔬𝔬𝔡 𝔓𝔯𝔦𝔫𝔠𝔢 ]

[BOOK 2] ____________________ "Whatsss that you've got there?" "Who's there?" "Up here, human." "Y-you're a snake!" "A grasss snake. Well obssserved. And you, are a human." _______________________ During the summer away from Hogwarts, Aludra makes an exciting discovery; she can talk to and understand snakes. While her parents make speculations and theories as to how this is possible, they fail to notice that Aludra is going through the physical, emotional and mental changes necessary in becoming a teenage girl. At school, she suddenly finds herself in a whirlpool of confusion, embarrassment and shame like she's never felt before. All of her deepest, darkest secrets and fears are rising to surface, and just as Aludra feels like she's going to have a break down, she remembers the black, leather diary she saw her father slip into Ginny Weasley's cauldron in August. She decides to confide in it, and soon discovers that it is inhabited by the memory of a boy named Tom Riddle. Tom is kind and patient. He listens to all her problems and offers helpful advice. He tells her that she's smart, funny and beautiful - in that exact order, too. Soon, Aludra begins to depend on Tom like a drug. Little does she know, Tom has already been using her as a life source.
