No one really knows what the new Dragon King looks like, only depictions. Even the knights who had encountered and planned to eradicate the dragon bloodline, never came back home. Akane Katanate would do anything to bring the Dragon King's head in a platter, but King Todoroki refuses to let her go off by herself because in reality, she will die.

This story follows a young dame who is on a quest to slay the Dragon King, and pay tribute to her ancestors and bring peace to the world...except she wants to go alone, but new "friends" wanted to join the adventure: Sero the carpenter, Musketeer Kaminari, Midoriya the adventurer, Prince Todoroki, and Sir Knight Iida. And they persist they should accompany her, even when she didn't ask for it. 

Choices will have to be made, either she suppress her feelings and bring the Dragon King to his demise, or see who he really is on the inside..
