Luke Hemmings has grown up in an abusive environment, it's become a part of him. Something that he can't get rid of, along with a short temper and anxiety issues. He manages to get a girlfriend, Katy , which of whom he abuses just like his father did his mother. He doesn't mean to but it just happens. He just calls it ''tough love''
