Hiroko Hoshino is just your average 17-year-old girl, but her whole world gets turned upside down when she is shot with a mysterious arrow that gives her the ability to wield a Stand - a manifestation of one's soul.

With her new power, Hiroko goes on a 50 day journey to Egypt with her best friend since childhood, Noriaki Kakyoin, the high school delinquent, Jotaro Kujo, his grandfather, Joseph Joestar and the wise fortune-teller, Muhammad Avdol to hunt down a 100-year-old vampire called DIO and he placed a curse on the Joestar bloodline.

On the journey to Egypt, Hiroko and her fellow companions make friends and allies as well as experience some hardships and unexpected truths along the way, and as they continue to travel together, friendships grow stronger and a romance starts to blossom.
