This is a piece I wrote for school (Creative Writing) about a girl (Margot) who meets her imaginary friend (Luke). I imagine this would be the first chapter of a longer story I will never write. It's a type of metafiction.

Hey everyone! I'm excited to share that I'm working on a love story. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and this story allows me to create a world born from my imagination. The characters are entirely fictional: while I've envisioned the male lead distinctly, the female lead shares some similarities with me. The male lead is an egoistic character who unexpectedly falls for a girl who often battles self-doubt and has a quick temper.
