Ever since Philip has gotten independence, things took a wild turn - his brother, Martial died in an accident while his other brother had dissappeared without a trace. He has taken up the title of President, yet he has draining in his loneliness.

His ties with America are slowly draining, due to him weakening and from the past wars, Japan and his own problems.

Which means he has to take a step forward; into cutting ties and making new ones, with strong and powerful countries.
