Life was simple for Jen Dolott. The only real problem that she had in this world was throwing parallel tosses into the wind with a six foot long metal pole. The Sauk Valley color guard was well on its way to winning first in their division at Ohio State when suddenly the entire guard (and their honorary guard member) are captured just after performing on the day of state by an agency tasked with taking down an Irish Mafia specializing in illegal weapons trade. But the agency made a mistake and now a band of teenagers who know too much have to make a choice, help them take down the agency, or risk a procedure that would wipe their memory of the agency and possibly destroy their sanity. Time and Fate are against them as they have to band together despite growing differences and take down one of the most dangerous and unpredictable Gangs in existence. If they can stay alive long enough.
