Security Site Gone Wrong

An OIC James(Overall In Charge) together with his 03 ICs (Incharges) Sara & Evan & Khai, we have to do a daily roving mission every 3 hours of 12 hours shift to ensure of their teams safety and also PUQs (People Under Quarantine) are all within their premises (Isolation).
A team leader from sector 3 site radioed over to the base which is a distance from sector 1 upon hearing screeching blurred loud cry for help and support, James stood up and call upon the assistance of his 3 ICs to support and knowing a distance to run over will take quite abit of time thankfully one of the ICs sara drives to work so immediately he started his engine while the rest quickly went to get torch in supportance of the site as the street lights there are very dimmed some of them ain't working as well.
As the main team approaches in suspense of what happened..
1) Did they encountered trespassers?
2) Did they encounter a PUQs running away from their isolation room?
3) Have they got an internal Fights or meets an argumentative situations within themselves (Conflicts)
4) Did an accident happen right outside of their premises
5) Or did something mystery happens, found something like a treasure or a bag of cash or gold.
6) Or did something horrifically happened
that urgency that rushed that suspense that screeching cry that call for help🤷‍♂️
so what actually happens upon reaching sector 3...
