Chestnut was just a simple soldier in the SandWing war of succession, trying to keep his sibs safe. A loyal and successful soldier.
That all changed when the letter arrived. The letter that told him and his sib group to go to a meeting.
It was supposed to be a normal meeting, just something to figure out what course of action to take in the war that was tearing apart the continent.
But when Chestnut is accused of treason, how can he survive a world that is out to get him? Will he even be able to go back to his tribe?
This story is a fanfiction of Wings of Fire by Tui T. Sutherland. Rights go to her. The original things are the most of the characters and part of the plot. This story includes spoilers for Winglets #2: Assassin as well as books #1-5 of Wings of Fire.

Hybrid
WoF Fanfiction - discontinued and really bad Hybrid was, well, a hybrid. She used to have a good life, kept hidden from the public. She didn't know what type of dragon she was and had no friends, but that didn't matter. She had her icewing dad, who took her out hunting and loved her enough to make up for everything else twofold. She thought that her difference wasn't necessarily bad. That all changed one day. Hybrid and her father were out, close to where they usually went hunting, and were celebrating her third birthday by going whaling. They were spotted. Another icewing took down her father, killing him for harboring a hybrid. Hybrid was dumped in the desert outside of the wall, where she was found by a sandwing. The sandwing drug her out to die in the dunes. She survived. Barely. After being stabbed by the sandwing's tail barb, she thought she was done for. The last thing that she remembered was her front talons feeling way too cold, especially in contrast to her sunburnt body. Then, black. When she woke up, she was even more different. A/N: I apologize, because, looking back, I kind of lost any inspiration for the first idea, can't mesh it with the idea I tried to throw in, and it would not make sense to ignore either of them....... So yeah this is discontinued, it's really a bad story. I may revamp it into a situation that makes more sense some time in the near future, though. Wings of Fire: The Secret of Silverstripe
NOTE: The following is a fanfiction inspired by Tui T Sutherland's "Wings of Fire" saga. "Wings of Fire" does not belong to me, and most of the material included in this story is fanon, not canon, though there will be several canon characters making appearances throughout the story. You've heard the story about how the NightWings manipulated the War of SandWing Succession, sending assassins and spies to watch over and control the situation for their own benefit. This is the story of one such spy, who was posted in the Kingdom of the Sea to observe the SeaWing army and Blister's forces as they sought victory in the world war. Silverstripe was raised by the Talons of Peace with one purpose in mind: to spy for the Talons in the War of SandWing Succession. Now that she's finally ready to begin her career, she's finding that spying on the SeaWings is even smoother than she anticipated. However, there are also complications that she'd never thought of... complications that could jeopardize her mission and even cost her her life. Exiled from War
Nightwatcher's role used to be just another innocent Nightwing, living by herself and out of the business of the Nightwings. Until she met a Skywing, alone and together, out in the dunes, and giving into this trusting feeling towards him she and her new friend set off on a course to a new life, away from their place and to their new and actual home. And deep in the sea, there was a Seawing dragonet, with her own opinions than others. As her friends and family all supported Blister for the war, Hurricane herself didn't trust Blister, the most scheming of the three Sandwing sisters. She believed that the Sandwing princess hid more plans behind those glittering obsidian-black eyes, some that could put their own Seawing tribe at risk. This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T.
