The world stood shocked as the portal spewed out black creatures... Grimm. After the loss of an estimated 10,000~ soldiers the countries had decided to end this war and to take the fight to the monsters who wreaked havoc across the battlefield, not realizing it was a portal to a whole new world. Together forming the earliest version of the UN, instead called the 'United Monarchies and Democracies of the World' or the UMDW.
